I stumbled across Claire Cole's work this morning and wanted to share it with you because it's just so darn sweet! She hand selects wallpapers and then embroiders them, deconstructs them and makes them into something fabulous and one-of-a-kind. I love this kind of creativity because so much of an artist goes into each and every piece. No mass production here only delicate, delicious scraps of paper that have been spun into a confectionery delight!
OMG...That floral wallpaper is so amazing:) So creative:)

So inspirational. It fascinates me to see how artists view the everyday and transform it into their own art. Lovely.

ReplyDeleteI like! Is that lady on the sofa pregnant? I can't tell
ReplyDeleteSoft and dreamy! A little romance is always good. I love the last birds.
ReplyDeleteWow! Beautiful! Thank you for sharing.
ReplyDeleteStephanie I was trying to figure that out too! If so, it makes me want to cry. My pregnant belly does NOT look like that!
ReplyDeleteI'm glad someone else mentioned the prego belly. I think she is, and I'm hoping she is airbrushed because I didn't know it was possible to look like that while being pregnant.
ReplyDeleteShe definitely looks pregnant!
