Nailhead Trim Makes Everything Right

I believe in nail head trim. I think it makes plain things prettier, kinda like me in false eyelashes. The most boring of old chairs and upholstered headboards get a face lift with some of these doodads. You can even cheat and buy them in pre-made strips, here for a super easy DIY project. On an old job we had them hand tacked on library walls upholstered in gold silk. It didn't suck , let me just tell you!

  3. Can't live in Vegas without false eyelashes! Too cute! I love these photos, they are yuumy. You are so right!

  4. LOVE nailhead trim, you just gave me an idea that might save me a couple hundred in re upholstering and erase my craisglist buyer's remorse! see. burnt orange faux velvet tufted headboard.

  5. Thanks for following my blog. Now I know yours. Perhaps, with your permission, I will post some of your pictures (with a link to yours, of course). Kisses, Ana

If you aren´t agree, please, tell me.

  6. I have loved the DIY projects of putting nailhead trim on a headboard. My best craigslist purchase has been a blue leather wingback with nailhead trim... a polished kind of tough, no?
