SATC Set Design

Whether you are a fan of the SATC series or not, you gotta love this set design by Jeremy Conway and Lydia Marks! In perfect form Carrie says at the beginning of the movie, "I've been cheating on fashion with furniture," and Lord how I love her for it! You can see the difference between Carrie's bedroom from the first film below and the apartment she now shares with Mr. Big. I personally love the addition of the masculine overtones. Anyhow, if you're headed to the movies with your girls this weekend, have a great time and don't forget to pay attention to the beautiful decor as well as the beautiful dior!

    I'm right there with you. Saw the movie last night and couldn't decide where to focus, the rooms or the clothes. Might have to see it again to get it all in. Fabulous.

    I can't wait to see this movie for many reasons (hint the one only Mrs. Carrie and her outfits)and her new home is one of them! The light fixtures in the library and in the dining room are really amazing!

    OMG, I think I love them all, but my absolute favorite has to be the walk-in CLOSET with all of Carrie's fab clothes in it :-)

    I saw it last night, and I loved the decor in their apt as well as in the Abudabi sets. I'm going to have to see it on dvd so I can freeze frame and study all the eye candy. It was a fun film!
